The contract, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1529.29 crore, involves building elevated viaducts, stations, and connecting it to other lines. The European Investment Bank is financing the project through a €450 million loan. The qualified bidders are Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., Dilip Buildcon (DBL) – Evrascon JV, Larsen and Toubro Ltd. (L&T), and NCC Ltd.
