Sir, my favorite varieties of Mango are Rumani, Banganapalli, Alphonso and Senthura. Especially do try the Rumani variety. It tastes wonderful and has a great amount of fruit content with a smaller seed compared to other mangoes. Besides due to its low fibre content, it is possible to completely eat the fruit without any wastage of the fruit.

My favourites are the desi ones. These are small in size and very delicious, and like every non-selectively breed item can be unpredictable with many differences even in similar looking mangoes from different trees. The one at my hometown GKP had a quality that even it's unripe mangoes were sweet, while the one in my backyard in my current town Baddi is too sour at unripe stage even though tasting same like GKP ones at ripe stage.
