Unhone bataya ki diploma aur degree holders, jinhone SWR mein training li hai, wo Apprentices Act of 1961 ke tahat general manager ke authority ke niche Group ‘D’ posts ke liye eligible hain. Lekin, yeh jobs 14 saal se nahin diye ja rahe hain, jisse 300 se zyada candidates jobless hai. Kondapalli ne yeh bhi bataya ki SWR ke is injustice ke khilaaf aur recruitment ki demand karne ke liye, woh 3 October ko Union Minister of State for Railways V Somanna aur Railway Board officials se Hubballi mein milenge aur unko yeh demand karne wala memorandum submit karenge.
