I think stoppages should be provided on merit basis and those 6 months experimental stoppage should be treated as experimental stoppage only and not a permanent one. I being from Rajpura will not defend Shatabdi's stoppage at RPj if it is not giving any profit or even achieving break even and same criteria should be followed elsewhere. I think after 6 months it should be analysed that if the stoppage provided is growing towards break-even than the halt should be extended and if the growth chart is towards downwards then immediately the halt should be withdrawn.
