Won't work. Kalka and Chandigarh already has dedicated Shatabdis to Delhi good enough for their purpose. And NDLS-AGC already has BPL Shatabdi and Gatimaan. That means minimum traffic in KLK/CDG-NDLS and NDLS-AGC. You can only target end to end pax for this and something tells me that this can't fill up the train, the additional flexi fare doesn't help. Maybe an intercity train or express will be more suited. I am not giving a red since TT is okay but can't give a green either.
There are 3 shatabdis to cdg from ndls this can be extended version of one of them. Chandigarh & agra have only 4 direct trains & kalka to agra only 1 this is a dedicated connectivity from kalka to agra it will be helpfull for both e2e pax & for delhi to kalka & delhi to agra.; it will be very important for tourist travelling from agra to shimla they can also enjoy the beauty of kalka shimla rail route as well as taj in agra monuments in delhi & will be good for pilgrims going to mathura.

You could also increase the speed in the NDLS-AGC sector; your train takes 2 hour 20 minutes; much longer than BPL Shatabdi.
remove kkde halt . no need for that.increase speed between ndls-agc nd give wap-5 as loco link.
done as per your suggestion but it will take more time than BPL shatabdi as i am considering it is not cleared for 150 km/hr.
