2 months ago maine traveling ki thi, tab small bridges ka construction start ho gya tha and almost kulpahar tak zameen barabar ki jaa chuki hai. Ab stone dust dalna rah gya tha.

22911/12 must run 4 days via current route & 3 days via FTD-UJN-BPL-ET-JBP-KTE-PCOI route.
Overhauling days of run and changing to a daily will not be possible unless an entirely new slot is created or made available. Shipra shares it's running slot with existing other trains...
HWH has 19.40 & 20.20 departure slots free. 19.40 was 12311 old slot & 20.20 was slot for 13039 now cancelled. Also HWH has 06.05 arrival slot free. 06.05 was arrival slot for 13040, now cancelled.

22911/Shipra Express can be re-routed through Fatehabad Chandrawatiganj Jn [FTD] to avoid loco reversal and which is also shorter distance then existing.
Shipra Express must runs 6days a week, 3 days via Dewas-Ujjain-Sehore-Katni-Mughalsarai & 3 days via FTD-Ujjain-Bhopal-Itarsi-Jabalpur-Mughalsarai
For that either Chambal or it(Shipra) needs to be given a new slot only then it's frequency can be increased
