Yes it seems typo error by creator (IR)
He missed typed it as 1hr 30min as 30 mins

Running five hours late? Has to make up the time upto sc. Difficult from sc to sbc

it should reach bangalore by 2Pm day before exam. otherwise no use. it will be delayed by 5-6 hrs by satna itself
Since it is for students,IR should provide at most importance for this train. Otherwise there is no use of running this train
Totally agree with since students have their future at stake these exam specials should run with a high priority as high as rajdhanis if possible.
