GNT div proposed this train extension upto VILLUPURAM. But SR DRUCC member are asking to extend this train till THANJAVUR Via-KPD, VM and set RSA with Uzhavan express.The main reason for asking for the extension of this train to VM/TJ is to go to Arunachalam.Recently, the number of people going to Arunachalam from Telugu states has increased.If this train is extended, it will be very useful for those going to Arunachalam.
