IRCTC Ticket Booking is in total shambles. My cousin brother booked ticket for his family for Balurghat & got confirmed booking in 13153 Gour Express Slip train. Funny case is that date of journey was 24/02/2024 & ticket booked on last week of December. I mean how the hell it is possible, when ER notified that after 20/02/2024, Gour Express Slip service from Sealdah to Balurghat will be permanently withdrawn. How can some one be able book ticket, when ARP is not even possible for Gour Express Slip service post 20/02/2024??
