They will give it 2nd Seating, CC (in Flying) and GS LHB coaches with a slight change in CC ( as a coach is reserved for MST holders too in these 2 ) but then the charm of having non ac double decker coaches in these two trains will be vanished forever and Valsad and Flying Ranee will become normal trains with DD like how they did for LTT Madgaon DD.
Only 12931/ 32 Ahmedabad Double decker will remain a dd train from Mumbai.

AC Double Decker coaches can still be given and give Non AC Seating LHB Normal coaches should do the job... Its just like end of era.

09023/24 might get the 2S and GS coaches. Still I doubt AC double decker coaches still being produced in IR

Double dekker coaches are not manufactured now infact before manufactured in rake format 10-12 coaches for a rake. Last manufactured are in 2019 2 rakes from Kaparthula in name of Uday and one rake is running in Vskp Vja sector

so now they aren't interested in producing DD coaches anymore and there are very high chances of ICF DD coaches being scrapped off.
also WR had seen in 2018 -2019 when Gujarat Queen and BRC BL intercity were Lhbfied people revolted because ICF coaches had 3 x 3 seating arrangements which were modified later on in LHB coaches. Both Valsad passenger and Flying Ranee have peak hours public of beyond Virar so Lhbfication of these 2 will be a cautious step ahead for WR.
