ECR zone, the big boss at HQ Hajipur has no clue about the Fare scheme :D Danapur Division of ECR went against Railway Board's rules and is charging regular fares on special trains with numbers starting with 0. Awesome. Finally, DNR is showing some balls. This train has one of the shittiest schedules, but it's slightly better now. New departure time from Fatuha (FUT) is at 17:00. I've complained about this multiple times in the past 3-4 years.
