Not only WCR whole IR is sitting on a pile of 3E stock which is no better than to throw it in dustbin.Including this 4 GR NDLS-RNC,NZM-BDTS,SC-YPR are still ICF.

KINDLY COMMUNICATE DISPOSAL OF OLD GARIB RATH RAKE, TOTAL STABLE 3 WRRMDAC + 18 ACCNH = 21 COACHES. SINCE 12187/88 JBP-CSMT GARIB RATH RAKE CONVERT TO LHB WITH COMPOSITION OF 17 LWACCNE + 2 LWLRRM + 1 LVPH TOTAL 20 COACHES.

Agree instead of adding 3E in Mail/Exp, SF trains where there is little to no use of 3E because of Fare, IR can utilize the coaches in GR trains and can increase their frequency as well.
