I guess Durg Udhampur Exp is using its lhb rake. Since its rsa partner durg ajmer weekly is cancelled, this only running with that old icf rake. Durg ntv bia bsb is managing rsa with betwa express and has two rakes for the same.
Actually, when heavy demand arose last year during Diwali occasion from migrant workers of CG belt in J&K region, they started Durg Jat weekly by extending it to UHP. At that time it had icf rake, but its TT was upgraded to 130 mps. So, they used this Durg NTV weekly via FD rake for it, as that was better solution than keep it standing idle in the yard.
There were no signs of running this one at that time. Also, this one had quite slow TT , so it was manageable with icf rake.

Yes. Also, Instead of two trains with same route and TT with different numbers on different days, I suggest that in future after SECR receives one more rake, they should merge 18213/14 and 18207/08 and make its RSA combined with 18206/05 and 18215/16, so that all of them would get lhb rakes facility.
