departure. The train, which previously operated from Lucknow Junction since 2018, is a popular choice for VIPs traveling between Lucknow and Delhi. The train, which has been running for nearly 100 years, was shifted to Lucknow Junction in 2018 due to operational reasons at the North Eastern Railway. Now, it has been brought back to Charbagh Junction as part of a decision to improve operations and cater to passenger needs. The train, also known as 12229/30, is a daily service that departs from Lucknow at 10 PM and reaches New Delhi around 6:56 AM the next day.

Station. This decision was made by the North Railway, Lucknow Division. Senior DCM Rekha Sharma confirmed that the train will operate regularly from Charbagh station starting August 15th, 2024. यह निर्णय उत्तर रेलवे, लखनऊ मंडल ने लिया है। सीनियर डीसीएम रेखा शर्मा ने पुष्टि की कि यह ट्रेन 15 अगस्त 2024 से चारबाग स्टेशन से नियमित रूप से चलती रहेगी। इस कार्यक्रम में लखनऊ मंडल के विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी भी मौजूद थे, जैसे ऊपरी मंडलीय रेल प्रबंधक नीलिमा सिंह, और ट्रेन में यात्रा कर रहे यात्री भी।

The Indian Railways has introduced new Vande Bharat trains without replacing any existing trains. This information was shared by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha.

Indian Railways ne koi bhi existing train ko replace kiye bina new Vande Bharat trains shuru ki hain. Ye information Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ne Rajya Sabha mein ek sawal ke written jawab mein di.

Charbagh at the same time as before. The Lucknow Mail was previously moved from Charbagh to Lucknow Junction on November 15th, 2018, due to a decision by the Railway Board. The train's operations and maintenance, however, remained under the North Railway at Charbagh. Passengers have also requested the return of the Shatabdi Express, another North Railway train, to Charbagh, but the authorities have not yet responded to this request.
