The train was later allowed to leave for Hajipur. The Clone Express was already running late, arriving at Muzaffarpur at 10:59 AM instead of 9:30 AM. The Vaishali Superfast was also delayed by 19 minutes. The Raxaul-Howrah 13022 Mithila Express was also held up at the junction for about 17 minutes.
