Generaly if there is Megablock on Mulund - Matunga - Mulund Fast Line in Mumbai, A Special Fast Local Departs Dadar Pf 5 at 3.40 towards Kalyan with Halts at Thane(4.06) & Diva(4.13) and then runs on slow line upto Kalyan. This special Fast EMU runs for passengers of Dadar - Ratnagiri Passenger when it is cancelled between Diva and Dadar.

Yes, this is true. This is true even when the 50104 is late by over an hour. They run it only up to Diwa and run a special from DR to Diwa.
Difficult to gate seat in unreserved coach at dadar especially during season better to board in 50104 either at diva or thane and grab the seat and travel to the dadar and return. as it departs from platform only didn't go to any maintenance or cleaning.
