This train runs like a fast passenger between Kendujhargarh-Jakhapura, and then like a Superfast between Jakhapura-Cuttack, but after that it runs like a MEMU train between Cuttack-Bhubaneswar, halting at nearly all stations and crossings. Still all in all it maintain its schedule and punctuality throughout the year.
You will get NOTHING between Kendujhargarh-Jakhapura. Even after Jakhpura the train runs like a non stop superfast, thus catering facility is very very limited due to non-connectivity of coaches. Better would be if you take ample amount of water and light snacks before boarding the train. At Jakhapura station, it generally gets the Pf 1, thus you may get snacks from there like chip-biscuits.
