This is the first step in the construction of Amaravati railway line.
It should be a double line capable bridge for future needs. Can also be used for BZA Bypass in future for trains towards Warangal side...as that Bypass plan is already in place from long time

Naraz is sense me ki usk me already 2 sleeper kr diye, isi train me 7 sl the jo ki 4 months phle hi full ho jate hai, ab isko extend krne se 90% chance h ki Delhi pqwl me aa jyega, hardly 20-22 seats milegi

1. For the maintenance of MEMU & DEMU rakes, maintenance facilities are proposed to develop at Alandi with 1 Pitline (600m) with covered shed.
2. For the maintenance of Vande Bharat rakes, maintenance facilities are proposed to develop at Ghorpuri Coaching Depot with 1 Pitline (600m).

Doubling will start from Mahboobnagar end in another 6 months, tenders called for. It will take 18-36 months for entire section completion. No news of extention as of now.
like electrification they may divide into 3 parts....mbnr - gadwal, dhone - kurnool, kurnool - gadwal...i hope
Ideally the line should be divided into 4 packages of 30-50km based on the section but they choose to tender for 14 km section only.
In kazipet vijayawada tripling how many platforms are coming in khammam ?
