The train (RJPB-HWH) you mentioned and some other trains were also proposed for extension upto Ara. But it was the final decision of RB for extension of South Bihar. So it's better for you to use your 'dimag' before talking anything gibberish.

Bro 1st you check avarage delay departure this train from ARA. this can save time for maintenance if run from RJPB and you also check before extansion maximum time same as delay arrival in RJPB bt departure on time. Everyone know this train 90% deley between RAIPUR to TATA. If run from RJPB than minimum save time 5-6 hrs for maintenance in same racks.
This is not any logic this real truth if RUN from ARA than need 1 extra rack . This or any train extension from ARA bcz there have powerfull politician bcz ARA is not a terminal or rank of top 5 city in bihar. Bt you see there maximum train stopping and always demanding...

Railway board kya krega. Politics hoga to. Dimag use kar k hi bol rha hu. Ser mein train phle v chalti thi lekin patna side se reschedule nhi hui. Jab se extension hua hai ho rhi hai. Main kya kah rha hu smjhe nhi. Main kah rha huu. Late jo aa rhi hai phle v aati thi. Lekin. Rjpb ara ko up down cover karne mein usko 3 to. 4Hr lagta hai. Wo time bchta tha to reschedule nhi hota tha. Ye bol rha huu main. Aur rake swap v ho jata tha necessary hone pe lekin ab to ... Politics hai sirf.
Rjbp ara jane mein up down 4 ghanta bdh gya is train ka. Isiliye jyada reschedule ho rhi hai. TAT km hua. Lekin ye ara wla sb smjh hi nhi rha hai

Seriously only 2 pitlines in Barauni and it handles so many trains maintenance.Dhanbad is underutlilised here.
1 pitline is under construction at Jiwdhara (Motihari).
I think 4 more pitlines are proposed at Ara (1 by DNR div and 3 more by DDU division at Udwant Nagar)

Haa shi bole aara ka log ticket lete hai. Ac mein khade hone ka ticket aur gate par v Dikh rha hai na upper mein dekh lo. Aur Ye wla ticket sirf ara buxar walo ko hi milta hai ac mein khade hokar jane wla bolte sharm v nhi aa rha hai.
agar possible hai to banaye New Jamalpur.. coz seriously problem to hai. BGP me bhi PF 6 ki side terminal banane ki baat hai aur ab MDLE DUMK line me New Bhagalpur banane ki sun rahe hain. Don't know kya plans hain
