30 minutes late and we've not got any message about the rescheduling and running late that causes passengers a lot of confusion and inconvenience.. I was travelling In coach A2 That was made in 2022 was thoroughly maintained in good condition. Food was avg as the vendors selling at overprice as biryani it was not a biryani but it was only a plain rice. The train reached at the destination CSMT By 5 Hours. All though in whole route it didn't manage to covering up the delay.
This was My worst journey in this train.

I was onboard 17057 Devagiri Express, B4. I was travelling between Secunderabad and Lingampalli on 11 January 2025. I was with my grandfather, who is an ex-railway employee and a pass-holder, so I did not have any sort of ticket. When the train was passing through Chandanagar, at around 4pm, there was a group of 3 kids on the platform. They seemed to be between the age of 12-15. Since the train had a yellow signal, it was moving slowly. One of those kids had a small tree branch hidden from sight by another kid. The third kid, standing ahead of the other two, was the one signalling his hands to the kid with the branch to hit and he swung it at me. I got hit by the branch since I was at the door. I tried complaining on Railmadad but I didn't have any PNR or UTS number, so I can't submit the complaint. Also, my grandfather was in SWR, Bangalore region so he couldn't help either. What can I do about this situation?
