agree but bcz of arp 60 days the train going towards br , jh, wb are getting regret in just 2 to 3 minute so it should be on priority

ARP will not make availability better, it's only capacity addition with increase in frequency of non daily trains will improve availability and reduce waiting period. This problem is more in NE states, WB, Bihar, UP to Metro cities and Pune, Surat Ahmedabad as there is no other alternative economical transport option.
