I completely agree with you about Rajkot being a very neat and clean city. It truly is the gateway to South Gujarat and deserves recognition for it. Your comparison of Rajkot to Indore is worth noting as well. From your pictures, it's evident that the city bus stand is well organised and the staff is very friendly. I can imagine that the railway station being well-maintained is a plus point for the city, especially because the Division HQ sits there. What caught my attention the most is the fact that the traffic cops in Rajkot don't harass the auto drivers and two-wheeler owners for pocket money. This is a disease that is unfortunately prevalent in many big Indian cities, but not in Rajkot. Indeed, Gujarat is a good and peaceful state in my opinion. Royal rajput and Pankaj bhai can also share their views, and I'm happy to learn from them.

Yo, check it. The Railway Board gave the green light on 03/21/2023 for hooking up Sabarmati with Asarva with a Y-connection. We're still working on the cost estimate for the project though. Once it's done, trains going from Udaipur to Saurashtra won't have to turn around at ADI anymore.
