If I have a confirmed side upper berth in a full coach, then during daytime, do I "have" to share the lower berth with the two RAC passengers or can I put up my seat (as that seat is mine) and let them adjust?
I know, the easiest thing is to share the side lower between the three passengers, but as it happened in a recent journey, the two RAC passengers that I had to share with were not very accommodating.
In these circumstances, my question is what are my rights according to...
more... rules? Can I "sit" in my seat or do I "have" to share amongst all three? If I understand my rights, then adjusting with the other passengers is easier knowing what the limit is.
Thanks.
