Railwasi 50 blog postsyesterday on 6/7/14 i was travelling along with my wife in this train..between kurduwadi and bhigwan dont know the exact place ,but time was 2200 to 2230 hours and train was running on time... there were continuousally stones pelting on the train .. i could heard loud noises of stones hitting the windows and train ... Thankfully we had kept the windows shutter down.. i request all the people to keep the windows shut in this strecth of daund to solapur.. it was really very scary as i was sleeping in the lower berth...
It happens with each train in this stretch. GRP personnels onboard always order passengers to keep the shutter down..
A traditional stretch....where robbery is reported.....you were lucky....
