Today (31/07/14) I Shaikh Mohammed Hanif, has a bad experience at aurangabad station in the morning.
I was in a queue on a 3rd counter where a black health railway staff was on duty. On my turn I had asked for a ticket of janshatabdi towards dadar very clearly. He ask me for Rs.140 which I paid to him and again I asked three times very politely to him "is this ticket for jan shatabdi?" He replied "its a super fast ticket" I asked "is it right ticket to travel in janshatabdi?" Being hyper he replied rudely "its an super fast ticket ull be fined if ull travel in janshatabdi" I said "then why did u gave me a wrong ticket,...
more... as I had already informed you that I need only jan shatabdi ticket" on that he went again hyper and shouted on me so rudely, I was so ambares that time, couldn't know what to do. He was shouting on me as am not an passenger but a begger for him. Finally I missed the train.
I don't know whether this feedback will make some action or no.
But still looking for a kind eye on it.
