Now "Train/Coach Booking(FTR)" service is available through IRCTC which is completely controlled by "Centre for Railway Information Systems(CRIS)"
Steps for Registering Yourself to avail FTR(i.e Train/Coach Booking) Services through IRCTC:

Now Open your IRCTC account with your Log In credentials(Log In User ID & Password to open your IRCTC Account for getting E-Ticket & I-Ticket)
3 The Home Page of IRCTC will be opened(As shown in the First Attached Image)
4 Now click on the Link "Train/Coach Booking(FTR)" from the Home Page(Shown in the Second Attached Image)
5 The FTR Services Page will be opened(As shown in the Third Attached Image)
6 Now Click on the "Register" button of the FTR Services Page(As shown in the Fourth Attached Image)
7 The "User Registration" page for "FTR Services" will be opened( As shown in the Fifth attached Image)
8 Now after completing "User Registration" successfully(Please note that all fields are MANDATORY for User Registration for availing FTR Services through IRCTC) click on the "Register" button of the "User Registration" page.(As shown in the Sixth attached Image)
9 Now you have to put your "Log In credentials for FTR Service(As shown in the Third Attached Image) in FTR Services page to book Train/Coach through IRCTC.

6 CLICK ON REGISTER BUTTON after completing successful Registration for FTR Services
Please note that the Users already Registered for FTR Services and having Log In Credentials for using FTR Services won't be required to Perform Step Nos: 6 to 9. They can directly Log In to FTR Services page(As narrated in Step No: 5) by putting their Log In credentials provided by IRCTC for availing FTR Services through IRCTC.
