Though New Delhi Railway Station is not that much well maintained as it should have been as for the country's capital.
Still i noticed a good thing about it that.... PORTERS are very easily available at the junction. They will reach you much before the train stops at the platform.
But you will definitely need to to do a tough job in bargaining.
