In this train only having food is the greatest concern. All other things are excellent.
Always well maintained and clean.( Glass windows of AC coaches may appear a little dirty but that's not always true.) The train gets delayed only during its run through Odisha due to single diesel BG from ANGL. It may be halted by red signal but always shows an excellent recovery of time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One can ask the attendants for water bottles in case of emergency. They always keep a stock of water bottles from vendors. very fast and always run at and beyond mps. It does its best run especially in Chattisgarh (In both UP and DOWN trips.) Safety is also excellent. If you are on a long journey then do not believe in the catering service at all. (They provide veg menu only.) They will take the charges from you but may not serve at all. That's why it is advisable to arrange your own food from home. Apart from this difficulty everything is good. The ticket availability is also excellent. One can book tickets, 7 days before the journey in either direction. Only in summer there may be a little rush and one may get a waiting list ticket.
