Hmm y not ..when sk was introduced in indian railway with icf its mps was 120 kmph ..
And at that time magadh and poorva also were on trail for 120 kmph ..but their ..run stopped ..due to failure of trail ..while there is no evidence of sk mps reduction from 120 to 110 mps .....but after after first pohed of sk coaches mps reduced to ..110 mps and after 1 year of it sk got lhb coaches. ...well this is not the main topic ..but ..y i mentioned is that exceptional cases in ir do exist ....

more... ir if can have a 80-90 kmph avg ..even with icf coaches ....
