Segregation of BSL P4 , KYN P5, AJNI P7 will make things more clear than overloading just one shed. Even SR has done this segregation.

Do not not worry about how WAP-5 would be reach NGP frm KYN. As there are cam2 n cam3 over there, similarly WAP-5 too will reach. just as you mentioned with 12289.
KYN is not getting WAP7 n what abt AQ? did it get wap7 from 5 years? only 15 wap-7 from 5 years! this 2 wap7 of KYN were somehow adjusted in AQ. Are new allotments made to AQ? No!
Reason could be this, LGD/SCR 121 WAG-9 locos, AQ+KYN/CR 212 WAG-9 locos and SR zero WAG-9?
Like ED and KYN were suppose to get P7, BSL and ET too were suppose to get WAG9, so, these WAG9 from AQ/KYN could be transferred to BSL/ET. Making space for WAPs in both the sheds. Even RPM should take WAG9 locos from LGD/AJNI. Practice on WAG9 itself has made TKD, AJNI, LGD handle WAP7 very well. Same was attempted in KYN n BRC, take WAG9 first then WAP7. It would have been good for RPM that way, not all can be GZB/HWH to directly start with WAP7. HWH still gives WAP7 to their Raj, RPM could not give it to MAS GR/DRNT/RAJ permanently
WAP-5 did haul 22109 at 120 mps in BPL Palwal section as 120 mps clearance was there that time.
Similar to ED, KYN didnt get WAP7. Ofcourse, both are overloaded as per their capacities. RPM WAP7 are still of no use particularly as it couldnt be given to MAS Raj/GR n also it couldnt be made permanent for MAS Duronto just like cams in CR, they roam around their home territory mostly.
Still, whatever explanations you give, RPM and BRC remain newbies. BRC WAP5 are still not used for any operations above 130 kmph coz actual up-gradation didnt happen, it's only talgo that did 150 kmph that too in trials, with GZB not BRC.
Just as BCT NDLS is A grade route, CSTM-BSL-HWH/NDLS too is a A grade route. For same reason, BSP-NGP and NGP-Sewagram are chosen for 160 kmph. And also IGP-BSL-ET is getting upgraded for 130 Kmph same like virar-brc-godhra/adi.
Now, let us check recent real upgradations, NDLS-UMB 110 to 130 Kmph done , BRC-ADI 110 Kmph to 130 Kmph up-gradations is done, Virar to Godhra 120 to 130 Kmph up-gradations is done, TKD-AGC 150 to 160 Kmph upgradation done.
10-20 kmph speed increase are done successfully recently.
Now, IGP-ET 615 Kms, 110 to 130 Kmph i.e 20 Kmph speed increase. as per the recent up-gradations in Virar-BRC-ADI/Godhra, NDLS-UMB, this up-gradations looks more feasible. you are asking about how much time will CR/WCR take for IGP-Khandwa/Khandwa-ET up-gradations
Did you ask for How Much time will SECR/CR/SCR take for a high jump from110-120 Kmph to 160 Kmph? BSP-NGP-SC in total being 1193 Kms!
BSP-NGP 410 Kms, 110 to 160 Kmph i.e 50 Kmph increase, also NGP-BPQ 208 Kms, 120 to 160 Kmph, i.e 40 Kmph increase, BPQ-SC 575 kms, 120 to 160 Kmph, i.e 40 Kmph increase, Did you ask how much time will CR take for NGP-BPQ 120-160 Kmph up-gradation? lol
Even if CR completes it's work in 208 kms, what about SCR/SECR then?
For your info, work has been started for IGP-ET and no work has been started by CR/SCR for even 130 kmph forget 160 kmph, it's just SECR trying to take interest.
PG was about allotments of WAP-5 presently as they are used only in WR n NR n why not in other parts of India and so, if given at present in CR , CST-PUNE, PUNE-ADI, CST-ET and also CST-NGP can make use of it.
Like WR was/is interested in high speed projects in Future but is homing P5 from now on n using it for their 110 mps intercity trains majorly and few 110 mps long distance trains n few 130 mps trains like Shatabdi n Duronto, same can be done in CR. moto is get familiar with wap5 maintenance and operations in CR n neighbouring routes with different type trains be it 24 coach, or rajdhani or duronto.
