Dear Sir/Madam,
We had placed a service request on 29th July 2016 with Eureka Forbes for changing the candle of my Aquasure Ivory Water Purifier. This was our routine service request for changing the Candle in the water purifier periodically. The service request was allotted to Reddys Services Technician Mr. Pandu Rang Tawar - 9146640474 vide Service request no. 0088446661. Accordingly on 30th July 2016, Mr Pandu Rang Tawar changed the candle and then asked us to drain the water. could not switch on the filter. We called him immediately and as it was raining heavily, he said that he would come the next day. The next day again we called him and there was no response from him at all. The technician Mr Pandu Rang Tawar had clearly damaged the machine which was functioning excellently and we had never had any problem earlier.
After continuous follow up, we lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes and on 01-08-16 the service request was again assigned to Pandu Rang Tawar vide SRN 0088500412. But he did not turn up at all on 1st August and on 2nd August as well. Again we lodged a complaint and on 03-08-16 the service request was again assigned to Pandu Rang Tawar vide SRN 0088539830. But yet again he did not turn up on 3rd August, 4th August and 5th August. Finally after several follow-ups with Reddys Sevices- 9769188155, on 06-08-16 the service request was assigned to Sr Technician Mr Bharat Khemnar 9867963464 vide SRN 0088587447. He came at 7.00 p.m. on 6th August 2016 and on checking the filter informed us that the circuit was damaged and had to be replaced and would cost Rs 1200. We were shocked, as this was clearly due to the faulty service of technician Mr. Pandu Rang Tawar. We asked him to replace the same and affirmed that we will not pay any further charges.
However nobody turned up till date. We spoke to Mr Reddy of Reddys Services 9920988155 and apprised him of the situation and requested him to arrange to replace the circuit and get the filter in working mode. He promised to help us but there has been no revert from him. Finally for the last 10 days we have undergone severe trauma and have spent huge amounts on purchasing mineral water.
We fervently appeal to Eureka Forbes to replace this Circuit immediately free of cost and resolve the issue.

First of all, why you are posting all this here!!! second, nobody in Eureka Forbes will do anything, you will just get blind rhetoric from them that your circuit will be replaced in coming 1-2 days but nothing will happen. If you want real justice then file a case in Consumer forum against Eureka forbes and that specific technician.
