If you have wasted some time out of this writing into seeing the detailed operational information regarding the train, you would have answered yuorself.
The Admin note speaks of Future days of Running as is implied in the New TT while the new days of running is pending announcement from the IR itself.

For your information sir, days of service of this train sould only be considered asThursday and Sunday from Howrah and Monday and Friday from New Delhi AT PRESENT. The increase in frequency from 2 to 4 days in a week was announced in the Union Railway Budget and the REVISED/PROPOSED days of run have been indicated in the timetable. The increased frequency of operation is dependent on the avilbaility of additional rakes, locos, running staff etc. and the dates will be announced by IR/Eastern Railways in due course through press notification. It is not only difficult but also impossible to hazard any guess as to when this will happen, although my PESONAL HUNCH is that this will materialize before PUJAS.
