I was a traveller with 12819 no samparkakranthi express with my 3 family members. The train departure time was 15.40 from Bhuwaneswar . But when i reached station I came to know that it would be starting only by 22.00. No railway authority had shown a minimum manner to inform us the late departure of the train. so that I was forced to take retiring room in the station. Later the train started by 23.00. net was29 hrs 10 mts. But the train reached delhi at 11.30. That means the train was again late by 7 hrs. So totally we reached delhi late by 14hrs than we expected. If this is the expereince with me ,What will be my confidence on Indian railway?The train can be late by some un avoidable circummstances. I couldnot understand or anyone in the railway able to understand me the reason of such a delay i experienced from the above train on 21st august. I expect a clear explanation on this matter.
