manish201000 3 blog postsIs there any announcement provision for weekly/ special trains halts exists in railways. Yesterday I wrongly boarded 12879 for going to Gondia. As a matter of fact, all superfast trains going towards Gondia halts, except Duranto. However as the train had no stop at Gondia, I could not get down at Gondia. As train stops at Durg station I got down. A RPF personnel ask me for ticket (I donot know wheather it is his job), I appraise him the facts and the superfast ticket from Nagpur to Gondia. He took me to RPF office and threatened to keep in lockup despite I was ready to pay the fine. After about half hour he took me ticket collectors office and directed the TC to make challen for fine. The TC fined me with Rs.260/-.

It is unfortunate to note the TTE who give the EFT for fine of Rs.260/- was for the train on which I never boarded. The RPF personnel name is Mr.Amendra Kumar Singh who introduced me as Inspector Incharge, who dictated TTE regarding the fine. Does RPF have authority to held me for 1/2 Hrs in their office. Threating & scolding despite my readyness for payment of fine through receipt. What is proper way during such circumstances? Can RPF have put me in lock up despite my readyness to pay fine? I was put at immense mental pressure by Mr. Singh. He didnot let me out even for communication. All says it is in vein to lodge complaint. Who is proper person whom it is to be addressed. Because at that time I had money to pay. but what else I didn't had. Such behavoiur by RPF is disappointing & shocking.
