Your update about LC was made without any proof for yet to start train.
If after 20 hrs you PROVIDE PROOF .. then void was valid stamp at that time.
So no mistake from me or other monitors who voided these LC entries void.

LC entries should have been voided if you had an official proof stating that it will run with d-loco end-to-end. Did you have any official proof of this at the time of voiding?
Its simple ...NO PROOF from updater....such entries are voided.
