Sir, I booked confirmed ticket from asansol to juc in 12317 express for 27.8.2017, PNR 6504556845.
On 26.8.17 abt 4.42 pm I got railway message that train no. 12317 has been cancelled.
Finding no alternative for return journey, I booked through irctc online 3 ac ticket in 13005 howrah mail for 27.8.17 from asansol to juc, vide PNR 6205308042.

Agar train 38 minutes aur late Hoti toh aaapko PURA refund milta iss case me 0
why so dear, once train declared cancelled as got message from rawat system in my phone at 4.42 pm on 26.8.17, I booked next available train, while travelling on 26.8.17 abt 5.08 pm through irctc for my return journey....after that period, train restored by railway....

When u went to cancel the tkt at prs till that time train got restored and charting done.
Once charting done its nearly impossible to get refund
