some major announcments made by dhn drm in yesterdays press conference-
1. dhanbad division has been sanctioned 144 memu coaches.so we can expect conversion of some passengers trains to memu in dhn div.(god knows where will the maintainance of memu rake will happen)
2. dhn has now much improved chances of getting a new train to delhi

nhi.. ER ne rake bhi dia, maintenance bhi ER ka hi tha, bus DHN div ka train no. tha.

Train no Dene ka Matlab yehi tha ki ecr ko control handover kiya Gaya tha...iss train ka staff deployment bhi Dhn div he krta tha.....ye Dhn div k insistence PE he shuru kiya Gaya tha..... Maintainance ka to ec or er mein agreement hai to hwh maintain kre ya ecr same baat hai....pm to ek tym PE dhn bhi krta or train er ki thi jab dd ka rake evening mein return hoti thi hwh se
BTW 144 cars kuch zyada hi nehi hogeya!ЁЯдФ Yaha Nimpura ke dedicated carshed me max. 32 cars(4 mini MEMU) ka pitline hai.Puure SER mee sirf ~18 MEMU rakes haain aur Wahi hai deficiency ka Jaar. ECR kuch to pre-planning Kiya hoga before ordering.
I hope by 144 cars u mean 144 coaches.....haan ye to hai...achaanak 144 coaches sanction krna thoda jyada to hai....isse ye to hai ki dhn div apni saari passenger train ko memu mein convert krega or cic mein memu trains ki movement badhegi....or bhi areas cover kite jaaenge.....like hazaribagh town n all... let's c how it is going to be utilized....mujhe to ye bhi jaanna hai ki memu trains ka maintainance kaise hoga....Naya shed develope kiya jaaega????
