As i said above, DFC is not owned by NCR. And who knows, DFC might have independent section controllers and they would still run freights on old section.
If NCR really wants to improve, it has to let go babu system and outsource controlling to some private agency as the bureaucracy currently is affecting the operations. The pilots leave trains, the staff is involved in constant ruse. The zone is sick, condition wise.
