I think somebody needs to confirm it from the Station itself or from Kazipet itself about the exact nature of the CC.
The stations at which this train has halts like morena mathura faridabad dont have capacity to handle more than 24 ...hence 27 is IMPOSSIBLE

24 or max 25 is permissible by IR.
