I requested our Indian Railway Minister and Railway Board that New 2Tier Non AC sleeper Class Coaches ( without Middle berth ) in the LHB version may be produced...
more... and inducted in all the Over Night Train Expresses ,Super Fast trains,Duronto ,Rajdhani etc.
Its fares may be fixed as two times of the Ordinary existing sleeper class fares .
Most of the passengers preferred this 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper class Coaches with 60 berths ( without Middle Berths ) as against 80 berths in Sleeper Class LHB coaches. Moreover the allotment of Lower Berth to the passengers probability also increased .The new LHB version comfortable Ladder to the lone Upper Berth also attracted the passengers.The upper berth passengers also easily claimed and ever occupied the berth in sitting or berth position .
The middle berth horrible menances are totally eliminated for the soft and calm passengers during the entire travel and ensured ever happy journey.
Otherwise one or two cabins in 2 tier AC coaches shall be utilized as Non AC cabins.
This shall be helpful to the aged, sicked ,cold ,asthma,Allergic to AC passengers and child carrying mothers during travel with affordable fares without congestion and received natural air .Moreover nowadays,IR has policy decisions to eliminate the unfriendly Dynamic fares systems .This new class fares also doubled over the Ordinary Sleeper class .So the passengers are very well preferred this New 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper Class travel with a reasonable known enhanced fares against the Dynamic fares.
IR also increased its revenues from these New 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper Class Coaches.
20% of the Ordinary Sleeper Class Coaches shall be converted as New 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper coaches without Middle Berths.
Moreover in the fully AC expresses ,AC Doronto and Rajdhani 20% of the 3 AC shall be converted to these New 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper class coaches.
Fares analysis::: Let sleeper class fares be S.
Then 60※ 2 S = 120 S ( 2 times of sleeper fares ) of 2Tier Non AC Sleeper Class Coaches.
But 8 0※1 ( one time basic sleeper fares ) = 80 S in the Ordinary Sleeper class coaches.
So our IR revenues also increased by 50% per coach of operation.These coaches are Environmentally friendly .Consume lesser power than 3 AC coaches and more profitable operation over 3AC and Sleeper class .
So requested our IR that 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper class LHB coaches have to be produced in ICF Preambur ,Kapurthala Coach factory etc . These coaches have to be inducted and earned 50 % more than the present ordinary Sleeper class coaches .
Production cost of the New 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper class coach (with 10 bays * 6 berth = 60 comfortable berths without Middle berths) also slightly lesser over the Ordinary Sleeper Class Coaches with 80 berths with middle berths.
Moreover GST is avoided in these 2Tier Non AC Sleeper Class Coaches fares and so Nil outflow from the IR revenues in these new class of operation.
These kind of the New 2 Tier Non AC Sleeper Class Coaches shall be inducted in all the Expresses,SuperFast trains,Duronto and Rajdhani expresses for the benefits of common peoples and Railways.So common peoples also utilized the fastest Rajdhani services.
These new kind of coaches induction in our Indian Railway Systems shall be win - win situation for both the Railways & passengers and IR revenues also increased without frustration from the passengers.
Hope positive active response from our Railway Minister and Railway Board in this regard.
