Catering by word is quite confusing. The types of catering available @ train throughout India are as follows:
1. Pantry Car Service: Direct supply through Pantry Car
2. Catering Services: Services by Catering Staff appointed by IR (as visible in GR & many Mail/Exp, like CC Coach in Vsruna Exp, SL & AC Coach in MTJ-PNBE Exp etc), who run with train, till dining timings

Catering Services: Catering by private supplier, Comesum etc, who board train @ Station, book oder & supply!
Now, out of three, third option prevail approximately in all train (2nd option prevail in AC Coaches of even overnight train like LKO Mail etc)!!
This can never be confirmed, if not traveled & people cant click snap of the same as evidence!! Further, first or second time, info is info & cant be discriminated as per count!! SPAM isnt once or twice but spammers do it continuous!!
