Better to keep some spare coaches spare so that it can announce specials as and when needed. In my personal opinion SWR trains always need not touch or start from/via SBC. Some trains like UBL-MAQ, Kalburgi-RC-UBL can also be thought.
UBL - MAQ Exp via Hassan is quite unluckly considering the HMRDC agreement or maybe MAQ - Hassan line needs to be doubled so that more trains could be introduced

This Hampi/Golgumbaz Exp have PM at UBL where still LHB maintenance is not available so may be for those reasons they are not in list for LHBfication but they are in Utkrisht which are nothing but upgrading the same old coaches i think.
