116 seats have been opened for Tatkal. So both the remote quota of Patna and Pooled quota of Mokama seems to be included in the Gen quota itself

i can agree with that statement that JSME/MDP can't fill the 16 coach train but useless train?? if the same train will be extended to ASN (it will be extended for sure) then it will become useful?
BTW 1st run is almost full .. more than 80% booking has been done in this useless train according to you.

If extended till ASN then also the case will be same.....only PNBE can fill this train or extend it till HWH/SDAH.....
Dont see the stats of 1st run.....even 1st run is not 100%full.....
Wit to see the conseqitive runs u will see the occupancy result.....

Hwh rajdhani aur sdah rajdhani ER mein bas 1 or 2 stops hai.....those train fill almost average 90% in ER territory only.
If the starting station of a train cannot give more than 50% avg occupancy then that train will never run ( except case of few festivals like chaat, durga puja, etc) with more that 90% avg occupancy. To make a train a hit avg 90 to 95 % occupancy is reqd.
Also u need to see the end to end travellers statistics... the jasidih-anvt spl which ran last year did not...
