When will electrification & doubling project gets completed between Titlagarh-Raipur section ? Other section like Angul-Talcher-Sambalpur, Jharsuguda-Sambalpur-Titlagarh has completed the electrification & trains are also running with e-locos, Only Raipur-Titlagarh section is running with diesel locos
Specially trains like SAMATA , PURI-AHMEDABAD EXP, LINK EXP, VSKP -LTT , PURI -SNSI, PURI-DURG , VSKP-BKGT & few more trains are still with Diesel loco

Because Simple reason this route will benefit Raipur & Visakhapatnam.
Jharsuguda-Sambalpur-Titlagarh already completed before deadline and it's fact.
Raipur - Visakhapatnam section jumping deadlines frequently.
If Raipur - Visakhapatnam doubling + Electrification is completed then

I saw day before Yesterday 22881 Pune - Bhubaneswar Superfast Express some coaches which
was allotted to 18518 Visakhapatnam - Korba (Link) Express they almost eased allotted train number and diverted to 22881 Pune - Bhubaneswar Superfast Express which
have RSA with 22871 Bhubaneswar - Tirupati Superfast Express

I agree completely, None of the Vskp trains got LHB coaches so far where in puri & BBS trains mostly are LHBfied , racism towards VSKP , completing Raipur - Titlagarh with fully electrified & Double line will definitely benefit with increased Goods traficking & also creates good connectivity to North & west India
