I’ve confirmed reservations for a journey starting on 15th May, 17th May and 21st May. These bookings were made physically by going to SBC Railway Station and not online. To cancel and get a refund I’ve to go to a Railway Advance Reservation Counter and present the tickets. In this period of Lockdown, how to reach the Railway Reservation Counter and cancel the tickets?
What is the best solution for this?
