Karnataka has the unique honour of having 3 Sampark Kranti SF trains to Delhi.
Also, it has the unique peculiarities like
1. no stops in Karnataka state (Via KCG SK serve only Bangalore),
2. no proper timings at Karnataka towns (via UBL SK in return direction),
3.
...
circuitous route but not useful for Karnataka public (via UBL SK).
4. 13 district HQ have no train to Delhi (not even a weekly)!

I suggest that the 9 weekly trains of SK (5 days via KCG, 4 days via UBL) and weekly SJ from MYS be realigned as follows:
Run all SK trains from Mysore - 3 days via SBC, KCG, 3 days via Hassan, UBL, PUNE, Baroda, 2 days via Hassan, CTA BAY, GTL, 2 days via SBC GTL BAY GDG BJP SUR DD.

My logic:
No loss to Hubli Belgaum as they have a daily SF.
No loss to Bangalore - instead of 5 days SK, they get 6 days SK (in two routes).
Mysore get daily Delhi train in one or more route.
Hassan get 4 days connection instead of a weekly one.
MYA RMGM CTA BAY Koppal GDG BGK BJP (all district HQ) get their first ever direct connection to Delhi (atleast twice a week).

Opinions please.

1) Run 12649/50 KSK (5 Days) via GTL, RC & SC in the route of 22691/92 and
run it as a Daily Exp.
2) Merge 12781/82 & 12629/30 SK and run it as MYS - NZM tri-weekly Exp in
12781/82 Route.
3)

Run 22685/86 YPR - CDG SK via GTL, BAY HPT GDG & DD and extend it to
JAT/SVDK since it is independent Rake.
4)12627/28 covers remaining KLBG and other areas of Karnataka.
5) The trains from TVC/ERS to NDLS covers the coastal Karnataka regions.

these all pass through delhi nly. SKs are introduced for delhi connectivity.. and that purpose s served. there isnt a condition that tehy shluld terminate at delhi. as KA state has limited connectivity to piligrimage centres in north, this set caters to them

My suggestions were mainly for SK trains in faster routes. I have not forgotten Mangalore, KLBG and Bidar. As these are not in SWR, there would be more issues.
For KLBG and Bidar, my suggestion would be like this:
Distance between Bidar and Delhi via Nanded and via Secunderabad is almost same, but any train from Bangalore/ Mysore towards Bidar and beyond will require loco reversal at Vikarabad and Parli. Again this is not trunk route. If we get a train from KLBG to Delhi via Bidar, Secunderabad, you can

cover both these towns, with no loco reversal and on trunk route.

For Mangalore, it would be better if Mangala gets separated from 'Mangala Lakshadweep' and run as a dedicated train between Mangalore to Delhi via Konkan, Vadodara, Kota.

Leave the SBC SK aside make it daily as it's the shortest route to Delhi from SBC and least time. 5 days via Kurnool 2 via Raichur.
2. Mys SJ 2 days and KSK via Hubli 2 days
3. New Biweekly via Tumkur rayadurg Bellary Hospet Bijapur Gulbarga Bidar

...
These 3 will cover majority of Dts and nearby Dts can join at nearest jns. It is not needed that every dt ot connected to Delhi. Most of the public have requirement to state capital then national capital.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
