Condition was very bad, as fight erupted as unauthorised passengers encroached seats of bonafide passengers, TTE was nowhere to be seen. Later at Jaleswar miscreants ran away and TTE arrived and RPF came at Kharagpur when everything was calm.
Literally no use of RPF in SER jurisdiction, as till Bhubaneswar RPF was making rounds but when situation was bad they were absent due to zonal changes between ECoR and SER

yes, even Twitter is of no use. They closed the complaint by mentioning that on duty staff attended (yes, they attended when there was no need and absent when there was need)
it was pathetic condition till Kharagpur
