Yes, Circar Express has been achieving its earliest arrival at Nidadavolu lately. It's impressive that the BZA-NDD stretch was covered in just 2 hours and 50 minutes. However, I am not aware of the specific measures that SCR has taken to speed up trains and remove TSRs in this particular route.
