As per my knowledge it even ran as a special from VSKP one Day and BBS one day later BBS-SNSI was dropped
if seats are avl. from bbs . book from there and change boarding point. that solves your quota problem..
Really, why the hell we have to pay extra to BBS also.
When we have more demand why less seats allocation to VSKP ??
