Yo, so after a frickin' long-ass week in Mumbai for Rakshabandhan, I wanted a comfy ride back, so I booked this shit. Luckily, I got a lower seat in First AC 1A for the first time. Date of journey is September 2nd, 2023. Now let's talk about the food, man. It was high quality stuff and you could literally stuff your face with as much as you wanted. There were no damn limits, I swear. And they served the food in fancy casserole dishes instead of those cheap-ass aluminum trays. Thank God they served the soup from a flask instead of those crappy packets. The service was alright, but they need to step up their game and show up more often during meals. As for cleanliness, it was decent, but I've been on the same train in 2A and it was way cleaner for years, man. Now, the coach attendant, he was a joke. Didn't have any extra pillows and acted like he was doing me a favor whenever I called him. He took ages to respond to the call alarms, so I gave him a piece of my mind. Actually, I even gave 200 rupees tip to the food guys right in front of him and told them not to give him shit. The catering manager only showed up with roses and a water bottle as some lame-ass welcome thing. The maintenance of the coach was pretty sad, man. It was old as hell and had a bunch of janky-ass fixes from CR. Definitely not what you'd expect in a Rajdhani train. On the bright side, we had decent priority enroute. We reached Nizamuddin 39 minutes late, but that's because of the crappy controlling by NR. A good number of people got off at Jalgaon. Man, that place has a lot of potential for a kickass Vande Bharat Express from Mumbai, I'm telling you.
